Ingredients

    1 small onion
    20 oz. extra lean ground turkey breast
    4 oz lean beef
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 tsp. salt (opt. if using seasoned bread crumbs)
    1/2 c. dry unseasoned bread crumbs (panko good)
    2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Spaghetti Sauce (or Hunt's NSA Tomato Sauce)
