Ingredients

    BUCATINI WITH PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS
    1 pound box bucatini
    ½ cup olive oil
    ½ pound slab bacon, cut into ¼-inch chunks
    2 tablespoons chopped garlic
    ½ cup chopped onions
    1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    1 tablespoon fennel seed
    8 ounces sliced portobello mushrooms
    ¼ cup frozen peas
    2 cups chopped whole tomatoes
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    Handful baby arugula leaves, left whole
    1 cup grated Asiago cheese
