2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (or the juice of half a medium lemon)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp red wine Vinegar
1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp minced garlic (or 1 clove)
1 medium sweet red peppers, sliced
8 12" Corn Tortillas (or 2 of the 6" size)
2 cups Romaine Lettuce, shredded (or more if you like more lettuce)
1 cup low fat Cheddar Cheese
