    3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (instead of 2 Tbsp of brown sugar)
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash Soutwestern Chipotle Seasonin Blend
    1/8 tsp Black Pepper
    2 tsp Instant All Natural Vegetable Broth, Mixed with 2 cups of hot water
    2 Tbsp (separated) Hunt's Natural Tomato Paste, No Salt Added
    1 tsp Ground Red Pepper
    2 tsp Ground Cumin
    1/2 Cup Chickpeas(Garbanzo Beans) cooked without salt, crush or puree

A Lower Sodium Version Of QUEENBMALYNN's Recipe. Made Lower In Sodium By Using The Instant All Natural Vegetable Broth And No Added Salt Tomato Paste. I Also Used 1 Tbsp Of Splenda Brown Sugar Blend Rather Than 2 Tbsp Of Brown Sugar.
