Ingredients

    16 oz. Ronzoni Smart Taste elbow macaroni (1-14.5 oz box plus 2 more oz.)
    1 lb. cooked small shrimp
    1 package (16 oz.) frozen peas
    8 celery ribs, finely chopped
    1 cup onion, finely chopped
    Dressing:
    1-3/4 cups Miracle Whip Light
    3/4 cup Ken's Lite French dressing
    2 Tbs. sugar (or Splenda)
    2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
    1-2 tsps. paprika
    2 tsps. salt
    2 tsps garlic powder
    2 tsps. freshly ground black pepper
