    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (diced)
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 2 cup (not packed)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (or shredded)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (shredded)
    Italian seasoning (1 tbsp)
