- 1/2 bag Fresh Express tri color cole slaw
1 c diced cucumber
1 c sliced celery
1 med carrot shredded
1 green onion sliced
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 c diced seasoned tofu
2 c cooked Whole Wheat spaghetti, or Soba Noodles broken or cut to smaller lengths.
Description
This Is Always Better After It Has Had A Chance To Marinate A While. If You Like It Spicey, Replace Some Of The Sesame Oil With Chili Oil, Or Add Red Chili Flakes.
