    Few dashes hot sauce
    1 tablespoon chives, chopped
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    2 avocados, pitted and fruit removed from the skin
    Juice of 1 lime
    2 pounds ground turkey breast
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
    4 to 6 sundried tomatoes, reconstituted for a few minutes in a bowl of hot water and chopped
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    8 slices center-cut bacon
    4 sandwich-size English muffins, toasted
    2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
    1 large pickle, sliced lengthwise
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
