* Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz)
* Salt, 1 tsp
Seasonings: cayenne pepper, black ground pepper, paprika, bay leaves, allspice, (also called Jamaica pepper, or myrtle pepper).
1 tbsp white vinegar.
