    1/2 cup finely shredded green cabbage
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
    1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup powdered buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 cup whole-wheat flour
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp cloves
    1/8 tsp ground ginger

Description

Serve This Nutritious Quick Bread With Soup Or Salad. Day-old Bread Is Good Toasted, Or As French Toast With Cinnamon Sugar. Also Makes Great Turkey Or Ham Sandwiches.
