Aloo Paratha (indian Potato Bread)

Ingredients

    otato – 2 medium, boiled and mashed
    Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
    Whole wheat flour – 3 cups
    Paprika powder (1 tbsp) or green chillies – 3, finely chopped
    Oil -- 2 tbsp
    Salt – to taste
    Water – 2 cups
    Ginger – ¼ inch, finely grated
    Garlic – 1-2 cloves finely grated
    Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
    Mustard seeds (optional) – ½ tsp
    Cilantro (optional) – finely chopped
    Curry leaves (optional) – 7-8 leaves, chopped
