-12 ounces of cheese, shredded (I like to mix cheeses, like Cheddar and Parmesan, or here in Europe, Tilsiter and whatever hard cheese the grocery store has)
-a little less than 1/2c whole milk
-butter
-Chili Powder
-Salt

This Recipe Can Easily Be Doubled For Family-sized Meals. As Is, It's Makes About Two Heaping Servings, And Some For Lunch The Next Day.
