- 1 TBSP Butter or Margarine, softened
2 TBSP Parmesan
2 Cups Half & Half (fat free used here)
2 Large Eggs
2 Large Egg Yolks
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
Optional seasoning to taste: pepper, cayenne, nutmeg, paprika, parsley, basil, etc.
1 TBSP Flour (mix with egg, especially if using add-ins that add moisture, such as spinach, mushrooms)
4 ounces (1 cup) Cheese (used 2% cheddar, FF moz)
Add-ins of choice: spinach, bacon, ham, mushrooms, etc.
