Oat Bran Healthy

Ingredients

    1 cup 100% bran cereal
    1 cup oat bran
    1 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt vanilla
    2 cups wheat flour
    1/2 cup spenda brown sugar
    1 tab baking powder
    2 teas baking soda
    1/4 teas salt
    1/2 skim milk
    1/4 cup canola
    1 egg
    2 teas vanilla
    2 pears cored and diced or
    2 cups canned pears

    1 combine the cereal and oat bran in bowl. stir in yogurt and let stand 10 minutes

    2.) in a seprate bowl combine flour,brown sugar sub, baking powder,soda, and salt

    3.)add milk, egg, vanilla oil, to the bran mixture stir just to combine and flour mixture

    4.) preheat oven at 375

    5)divide into 12 well greased muffin pan bake 25 minutes or tell firm to touch
    can use instead of pears 1 cup dried fruit
    or two cup fresh fruit/berries
