    1/2 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
    1/2 medium Banana, fresh or frozen
    1/2 cup Kale, 2-3 large leaves (can use spinach instead)
    1 tsp Agave Nectar (optional)
    2-3 ice cubes if using fresh fruit
