Everyday Raw's Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

    Cashew Cheese Sauce:
    1 3/4 cups cashews, soaked 1-2 hours
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp water
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 tsp sea salt
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    1/4 medium or 1 tbsp shallot
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    pinch cayenne
    pinch tumeric
    1/2 clove garlic
    black pepper to taste
    5 yellow squash, peeled with ends cut off.
