Broccoli Braai Salad

Ingredients

    5 leaves of lettuce, ripped; 2 cups of raw mushrooms cut in quarters; 600 g of cold, cooked broccoli; 3 x 10cm zuccini cut in slivers; 4 dates, pitted and cut in slivers; 1 tbsp crushed ginger splatterd over top; 200 ml sundried tomato pesto quarters; 15 salted almonds; 1 tbsp sunflower seeds; 1.5 tbsp lemon juice; 1tbsp olive oil/balsamic vinegar mix; 6 preserved kumquats; snippered coriander and basil leaves, 1 cup bean sprouts and 2 tbsp Onion sprouts on top .
