2 - 8oz water chestnuts, drained
1 head of lettuce (I use Romain lettuce)
sauce:
1/2 c ketchup
2 tbsp rice vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil (I use peanut oil)
1 1/2 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 c soy sauce, low sodium
1/4 c sweet chili sauce
1/4 c oyster sauce
1 1/2 tsp hot chili sauce
