Marcia Salad

Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, chopped
    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 cup chopped
    Green onions, 2 tbsp chopped
    Dried Cranberries or currants, 1/3 cup
    Blue Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled, not packed
    Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), canned, drained .5 cup
    Apples, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
    Avocados, 1 fruit without skin and seeds, chopped
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces, cooked
    Celery, 1 cup, chopped
    Almonds, .25 cup, sliced
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tbsp and 1 tsp, divided
    Parsley, 1 tbsp
    Rice Wine Vinegar (Natural Flavour), 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 4 tbs (remove)

Description

A Simple Summer (or Anytime) Main Salad Similar To A Waldorf But With A Super Light Dressing. We Use Orange Flavored Cranberries From Trader Joe's But Currants Work Well, Too. Thanks To Our Good Friend, Marcia, For The Recipe!
