Ingredients

    1 1/2 to 2 lbs marinated sirloin tip cut into 1 to 2 inch strips
    6 tbsp butter
    1 small to medium onion chopped
    1 to 2 Garlic cloves minced
    8 to 12 oz sliced mushroom(white cap or portabella)
    3 tbsp flour
    2 tbsp Ketchup
    1/2 tsp Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 cup Beef broth
    2 tsp worcestershire
    1 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
    1/4 cup Sherry
    1 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Description

You Should Marinate The Beef Overnight Using My Special Beef Marinade Before Preparing This Dish. May Be Served Over Rice Or Egg Noodles.Suggested Side:Asparagus Sauteed In 2 Tablespoons Butter And 2 Tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
