10 oz. whole cashews lightly toasted
dressing:
juice of 1 lime
8 tbsp. olive oil
8 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/3 c. brown sugar packed
3 tbsp. fresh ginger
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 jalapenos chopped
chopped cilantro
