Ingredients
- I can canned chicken*
1 large carrot, chopped
1 large zucchini, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 hot chili pepper, diced
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1.5 cups tteok*
1 cup chopped cabbage
2 cups cherry tomatoes
3 tsp chicken broth powder
4 cups water
*nutrition info based on a can of chicken with 180 cals
*tteok is korean glutinous rice in slices. most of the carbs in this recipe come from the tteok but this ingredient can easily be omitted.
add any herbs you want, like basil, rosemary, thyme, cilantro, etc. I also like to add a few dashes of ginger powder and cinnamon. This soup really does have everything I can find in my kitchen.
