    Scallions, raw, 3 large chopped
    Red Sweet Peppers, 2 diced
    Carrot. 1 large shredded
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 tomato diced
    Chicken Breast, cooked, 4 cups diced
    Cilantro, 1/4 cup (optional)

    Romaine Lettuce, 1-2 cups per serving (not incluced in nutruition info)
    Salsa for serving (optional)
    Tortilla Chips for serving or sprinkling over top (optional)
