Ingredients
- 1/2 acorn squash, 1/4 c each: apple, celery, onion. 1 tblsp craisins, 1/2 tblsp walnuts. 1/4 cup wild rice. steam squash. saute apple celery onion still soft in 1 T. margarine. Add cranberries and walnuts. stuff rice into 1/2 acorn squash - bake in oven for 12 minutes, top with cranberry sauce.
