    8oz bay scallops, rinsed
    1 firm-ripe mango
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/4c lime juice
    1/4c white wine vinegar
    1/2tsp ground cumin
    1/2tsp ground ginger
    1/4tsp ground cinnamon
    1 garlic clove, peeled
    1/2tsp hot sauce
    1 firm-ripe avocado
    12oz baby lettuce salad mix, rinsed and crisped
