    7 oz of raw shrimp (cleaned and shelled

    4 cloves garlic
    1 tbsp grated ginger
    .5 tsp hot pepper flakes or hot pepper paste
    1 8oz bag of frozen peppers (or 1.25 fresh)
    1 medium zucchini (about 7 oz)
    .5 cup peas
    .5 can of sliced water chestnuts
    2 large scalions
    1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp mirin
    .5 teaspoon agave nectar
    2 tbsp cornstarch
