- 1/3 Mattessons Smoked Pork Sausage, ready to serve (aprox 75g)
1 small avocado (about 100g worth of fruit)
2 medium apples, cored but not skinned, diced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Note: Mattessons Smoked Sausage would be like Kielbasa or the Polish Pork Sausages in the States. Ours is 245g per 100g and 19g per 100g fat, with 8.6 of that saturates.
