Ingredients

    4 - 4 oz chicken breast halves
    4 clementines, peeled and diced
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    .5 cup finely diced red onion
    .5 cup finely diced celery
    .25 cup chopped basil, cilantro
    2 T olive oil
    2 T fresh lime juice
    1 serrano chile, seeded and minced
    .5 cup fresh clementine juice
