Ingredients

    8 oz Chicken, Cooked Breast Meat, diced or shredded.
    5 Medium Carrots, sliced thin
    1 medium yellow onion, left whole
    1 medium bunch of celery, stalks sliced thin
    1/2 head of Cabbage, chopped
    12 Baby Red Potatoes, quartered, skin on
    2 cans of Swanson's Vegetable Broth
