Strawberry And Blackberry Trifle

Ingredients

    Mix one box of French Vanilla Pudding with a can of Eagle Brand Milk and 1 1/2 cups of cold water, blend until smooth. To mixture add one pint of whipped cream, fold in slowly. For extra punch add 3 TBS of brandy or rum.

    Take two Dessert Shells and cut into pieces (drizzle rum, if you wish); place in bottom of see through bowl. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over cake, then add peach preserves (put on like icing). Then layer fresh blackberries and strawberries. Repeat this process, using any left over berries as garnish.
    Will serve 8 - 10 guests. Needs to stay refrigerated due to use of cream.
