Ingredients
- 2 c shredded cabbage
2 c chopped Swiss Chard
2 carrots, chopped
2 c chopped cauliflower flowerets
2 c broccoli, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
6 c Beef broth
1 t chopped parsley
1/4 t black pepper
1/2 t salt
2 t fresh thyme
Any veggies can be substituted with other veggies on hand, or can be left out. The soup will still be wonderful!!!
