1-1/2 cups chopped andouille smoked sausage
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked, diced
24 Medium Shrimp, shelled, deviened, tails off
8 medium-size tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup tomato sauce
4 bay leaves
2 tbsp Season Salt
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp cayenne Pepper (optional)
Shrimp, raw, 24 medium (remove)
2-1/2 cups uncooked rice (preferably converted)
2 cups Chicken broth or water
