Pancit With Bean Thread Noodles

Ingredients

    Bean thread noodles (mung bean), 4 cup (about 1 1/2 packages)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large, sliced thinly
    Chicken Broth, fat free, 15 fl oz , cut into bite size pieces
    Onions, raw, 1 small chopped
    Garlic, 3 clove minced
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Chicken Breast 1 breast, bone and skin removed

I Got This Recipe When I Was On The South Beach Diet. Of Course, I Added Carrots Since I Have Been Off. But It Is Really Healthy. And Yummy!
