    2 tbsp Regular Cream
    1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
    1/2 tbsp Butter
    1/4 tsp Lemon Zest
    1/4 tsp Orange Zest

    Cupcakes =
    1 Small Butternut Squash, peeled, de-seeded, and cubed
    1/2 Zucchini, grated with skin on
    1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup Brown Sugar
    1/4 cup Low Fat Buttermilk
    1 Large Egg White
    1/2 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Allspice
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
    1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
    1/8 tsp Nutmeg
    1/8 tsp Almond Extract

Description

Arguably A Bigger Pain To Make Than Cheesecake, But When You Allow One Of These Guys To Melt In Your Mouth You Will Forgive That Aspect Of The Recipe. And I Can't Think Of A Better Way To Get In Two Uber Healthy Veggies.
