Salmon Orzo Salad

Ingredients

    8 oz Salmon Fillet Grilled to your liking and flaked
    1 cup Orzo cooked according to package instructions omit salt, drain and cool
    8 oz asparagus spears cut into 2 inch lengths cooked to your liking
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/4 cup sliced green onions
    3 Tbl EVOO
    1 Tbl white wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp Dijon style mustard
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
