    2-3 slices fresh ginger
    1 btsp sake
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 lb bean sprout
    1-2 cucumber
    3 tbsp mirin
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sesame seeds

This Is A Traditional Japanese Recipe That Is Best Eaten In The Summer On Those Hot Days. I've Converted This To Vegan.
