1/2 cup fresh spinach, torn

1/2 cup light shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 cup skim milk

1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart mix

1/2 cup eggbeaters

1/8 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
