1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
grated zest and juice of 1 orange
2 cups finely chopped dried fruit (cranberries, raisins,apricots, peaches, banana chips, apples)

I Add Extra Cinnamon To The Basic Recipe, And Use Fewer Cranberries.
