2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 bag (12-16 oz) frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, cabbage
1 can (14oz) low sodium chicken broth
1/3 cup stir fry sauce
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
Tabasco sauce to taste (optional)
