- 1 Tbsp olive oil
1 med.onion sliced
1 can 14 oz. sauerkraut (silver floss is good)
1 tsp. caraway seeds.
1 cup dry white wine
14 oz smoked ham or Kielbasa (ham is in calculations)
1 bag 8 oz shredded swiss cheese.
2 Tsp.cornstarch
1 1/2 Lb potatoes peeled and thinly sliced.
Description
I Used Smoked Ham Instead Of Kielbasa.
