    *Organic White wine vinegar, 1 tbsp
    *Scallions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    *Brown Sugar, 20 grams (1-1.5tbsp)
    *1 medium Red Pepper - diced
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp
    *basmati brown rice, 1 cup
