    Almonds, 1/2 cup, blanched slivered

    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/2 tsp

    6 tbsp warm water

    *Cabbage, Cole Slaw Mix - I like rainbow slaw (carrots, red cabbage, cauliflower, & broccoli) - 3 cup

    *Trader Joe's Brown Rice Spaghetti Pasta - 1 bag or 8 cups cooked

    Granulated Sugar, 6 tbsp
