    2 tbsp minced marjoram
    8 medium eggs
    ¼ cup milk
    3 tsp dry mustard (or 2 tsp prepared mustard)
    1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    Pinch of salt
    1 cup chopped ham
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 oz grated parmesan
