    Lime Juice, .1/4 cup plus 1 TBSP (about 3 limes)
    Honey, .25 cup
    1 TBSP Ginger Root
    1.5 tsp Corn Starch
    Shrimp, 32 medium shrimp with tails
    Mangos, firm, peeled and sliced into 8 slives about 1" thick
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Watercress, 2 bunches (about 12oz) tough stems trimmed
    1 cup jasmine rice
