Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients

    1 15-oz. can chick peas, rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    2 tbsp. Newman's Own Light honey mustard dressing (or other light honey mustard dressing)
    1-2 tsp. lemon juice
    0.5 tsp. white pepper (black is OK too)
    0.5 tsp. dried dill
    1 green apple, coarsely chopped
    1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
    approx. 2 tbsp. celery, finely diced
    approx. 1 tbsp. onion, finely diced
    a sprinkle of slivered almonds (or any nut you like)
