    * *Garlic (1 clove), 3 gram(s) (remove)
    * Ritz crackers, whole wheat, 9 serving (remove)
    * Soymilk, Organic Trader Joe's, .2 cup (remove)
    * Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat, 16 oz (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Dried Thyme, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Parsley, .33 cup (remove)

    Glaze
    1 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
    Meatloaf
    2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    1 onion , chopped fine
    2 garlic cloves , minced
    2/3 cup Saltine crackers , crushed (about 17 crackers)
    1/3 cup whole milk
    1 pound 90-percent lean ground beef (see note)
    1 pound ground pork
    2 large eggs plus 1 large yolk
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
    Salt and pepper
