Veggie Fried Rice

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. edamame, shelled
    1/2 c. frozen corn
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    7 baby carrots, chopped
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1 c. spinach, sliced thin
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp grated ginger root
    4 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

Description

I Threw This Together When I Needed To Use Up Some Leftover Brown Rice. It Was Really Good, And Loaded With Veggies And Protein.
