    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 2 tbs
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, finely chopped
    Peas, fresh, 2 cup
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Sweet peppers (bell), 2 cup, chopped
    Green Bean, Fresh, 2 cup
    Fresh Zucchini and/or Squash, 4 cup
    Crushed Garlic, 3 cloves
    Kosher Salt, 3 tsp
    Israeli Couscous (dry), 2 cup
    College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
    Cumin Powder, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Fennel seed, 1 tbsp

This Is Recipe Is Very Customizable. I Did It To My Taste And My Husbands. Feel Free To Use What Ever Vegetables You Like (high Liquid Vegetables Will Need Adjustment In Liquid Elsewhere). All Seasonings Can Be Changed To Suit Your Taste.
