Ingredients

    ½ cup non fat Greek Yogurt
    ½ cup light buttermilk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Zest of an orange
    1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
    ¼ cup honey crunch wheat germ
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    3 packets splenda
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon cardamom
    4 tablespoons low fat margarine
    ½ cup chopped almonds
    ½ cup dried fruit, chopped (cranberries, apricots or blueberries)
