    1-2 TABLESPOON NORTHWOODS SEASONING FROM PENZEY (OR YOU CAN USE 1½ -3 TEASPOONS SWEET HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA) ADD MORE OR LESS SEASONING TO ADJUST TO YOUR DESIRED TASTES
    ½ TEASPOON DRIED TARRAGON (OR DRIED BASIL)
    ½ TEASPOON SALT
    1/4 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER (I LEAVE THIS OUT ENTIRELY AND PUT THE SHAKER ON THE TABLE)
    3/4 CUP FAT FREE SOUR CREAM (OR NONFAT PLAIN GREEK YOGURT)
